Just over week ago Nicole Cowles was interviewed by ITV Border for one of a series of programmes titled “We are Frank, Fearless and Female” that was broadcast to mark International Women’s Day 2020. Nicole gives us an insight into being a transgender woman and working for a equal opportunities employer that welcomes equality, diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
