‘Here’s what you need’ – and other things not to say to your community
In my experience, one of the biggest frustrations of the community and organisations that represent the community is being told what is needed to improve an area. "Here's what you need" is the very last thing that we as an organisation should say to our local communities. In this post I explain why.
